 (1) Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Free full cancellation or changes up to 14 days before the rental period due to weather conditions (such as typhoons or other natural disasters) affecting travel plans, vehicle arrangements can be adjusted accordingly. In case of flight cancellations, guests are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers typhoon cancellations for claims.

 (2) Rental Calculation

We charge per day, starting from the day you pick up the vehicle until the day you return it.

💥 Minimum rental period is 3 days.

If the flight departure on the last day is before 12:00 PM, it can be counted as a half-day.

 (3) Payment Methods

Hong Kong Customers:

We collect a small deposit of approximately 20%, payment via Hong Kong FPS (Hong Kong Dollars). The remaining rental fee is paid in cash (Japanese Yen) when picking up the vehicle.

Taiwan Customers:

We collect a small deposit of approximately 10%, payment via bank transfer (New Taiwan Dollars). The remaining rental fee is paid in cash (Japanese Yen) when picking up the vehicle.

Macau and Mainland China Customers:

We collect a small deposit of approximately 20%, payment via Alipay or WeChat Pay (Chinese Renminbi). The remaining rental fee is paid in cash (Japanese Yen) when picking up the vehicle.

Foreign Customers:

We collect a deposit of approximately 20%, payment via credit card online (3.8% service charge applies). The remaining rental fee is paid in cash (Japanese Yen) when picking up the vehicle.

 (4) Business Hours and Late Return Charges

Business Hours: 08:00-18:00
Pick-Up Times: 09:00-18:00
Return Times: 08:00-18:00

Free shuttle service requires an additional 30 minutes reservation time. Latest free shuttle return time is 17:30 😉🤝

Late Return Charges:
– Pick-Up after 18:00 and payment before 20:00 incurs an additional fee of 4000 Japanese Yen.
– Late return after 18:00 incurs the following charges:
  – Vehicles up to 1999cc: 2000 Japanese Yen per hour
  – Vehicles 2000cc and above: 3000 Japanese Yen per hour

  – Failure to notify of late return results in hourly charges and full responsibility for any compensation costs incurred. All insurance coverage will immediately expire.

 (7) Child Car Seats

According to Japanese regulations, vehicles for children under 6 years old or infants must be equipped with a child seat or booster seat.

Baby seat: 500 yen per day per seat

 (8) Expressway ETC

There is only one expressway in Okinawa with low usage. It may only be used once or twice during your trip, so we recommend stopping at regular toll booths for tickets and paying cash at the regular toll booths when exiting the expressway for convenience.

🚗⭐ ETC card rental fee is 500 Japanese Yen. Subsequent charges are based on actual usage.

 (9) Navigation GPS

Each vehicle is equipped with English or Japanese GPS navigation. However, using Google Maps on your mobile phone is the most convenient and accurate option in Okinawa. Additionally, each vehicle provides a phone stand, charging cables (Type-C, Micro USB, Lightning), and chargers 😊

 (10) Insurance Information

Our rental prices include third-party insurance and comprehensive automobile accident insurance (deductibles range from 50,000 to 200,000 Japanese Yen depending on vehicle type). This means if a customer encounters a car accident resulting in vehicle damage or property compensation, the maximum amount the customer needs to pay is between 50,000 to 200,000 Japanese Yen. Repair and compensation costs exceeding 50,000 to 200,000 Japanese Yen are fully covered by our company. The automobile accident comprehensive insurance deductible part is included NOC, so customers do not need to worry about compensation for business after vehicle damage.

Furthermore, within the scope of comprehensive insurance coverage, if there is natural wear and tear, vehicle breakdown, flat tires, or any abnormalities with the vehicle, we provide vehicle replacement or roadside assistance. However, accidents caused by careless driving, driving under the influence, dangerous driving, entering abnormal road sections leading to car accidents are not covered 🚨🚨🚨

💥 Insurance is one-time only, immediately invalidated after the first traffic accident. If the vehicle can continue to operate, a second insurance must be paid at a cost of 3000 Japanese Yen per day.

For more comprehensive coverage, customers can purchase travel insurance in their respective countries, which typically includes rental car deductible coverage ranging from 50,000 to 150,000 Japanese Yen. If your country does not offer such travel insurance, specific vehicle models are also available for purchase *full coverage* with 0 deductible/deductible.

Customers renting N-One/N-Box/Note/Cube/Mazda Permacy/Prius/Mazda Biante/Stepwagon/Sienta/Freed vehicles can choose to purchase 2000 Japanese Yen per vehicle per day automobile accident insurance 0 deductible/deductible *full coverage* (even novice drivers can rest assured in Okinawa driving) 🚗 ** 0 deductible/deductible full coverage purchase applies only to the above models

* Please note that any insurance cannot apply in the following cases (customers need to bear all accident costs due to the following circumstances):
□ Failure to report and contact the company at the time of the accident (including minor scratches, collisions with any objects, all car collision accidents)
□ Rescue and repair costs due to lost keys, tire damage, malfunction due to incorrect operation, etc.
□ ETC card loss is not covered by insurance and requires self-compensation of 10,000 Japanese Yen
□ Drunk driving, driving without a license, dangerous driving, driving without seat belts
□ Accidents caused by drivers other than those listed in the contract, other than the co-driver
□ Accidents caused by unauthorized extension of rental time
□ Mistakenly adding the wrong type of gasoline

(11) Quotation

Please note that Okinawa car rentals are severely short, so the vehicle and price quoted are valid for 48 hours. Overdue will require a re-quotation, please understand

Booking Notice 🚨 Okinawa is severely short of cars this year, so customers are advised to book early. Vehicle inventory will affect rental prices. The later you book, the more expensive it may be, and it may be impossible to book.

 (12) Driver’s Notes and Driver’s License

Each vehicle can register two drivers, and an additional insurance fee of 1000 Japanese Yen per day is required for the third driver.

Drivers under the age of 26 require an additional insurance fee of 1500 Japanese Yen per person per day.

For International travellers: Please present your national passport and an International Driving Permit.

For travellers from Taiwan, Switzerland, Germany, France, Monaco, and Belgium: Please present your Driver’s License, a Japanese translation of the licence, and your passport.

 (13) Special Notes

Customers can purchase travel insurance that includes rental car deductibles or purchase full coverage that exempts deductibles (applicable to specified vehicle models) before departure if needed.
